This was one of my earlier costumes. All of the pictures in the gallery are from a photoshoot much later, about 3 years after the con ^^;; This costume introduced me to capes. The cape is awesome. *whooshes around a bit* ok, i'm back. But seriously, I love that cape. I wore it many, many times without the rest of the costume. The rest of the costume....wasn't great. I mean, it wasn't horrible but I made it before I knew some tricks, like DO NOT hot-glue velcro...it WILL NOT stay. and it looks tacky. And the craftsmanship just wasn't as nice as my later costumes. And the wig was a bit the worse for wear after sitting in a box for several years ^^;; Oh, and you can't really see the front of the shirt b/c it was too bright out, but it did have the blue design on it...and when I first made the costume I did have the brown leg-wrap things...but they disappeared at some point, I think when I was wearing Kilik....oh, and this was also the year I tried boot-covers. which worked ok, I guess, but I had to tape the bottoms onto the bottom of the boot. I'm sure there's an easier way...
