This is one of my favorite costumes. The Bloody Roar cosplay was a turning point for me, it just felt like these costumes were of a higher level than the previous ones. I loved the way they turned out, and the quality is better than my previous ones. Plus, Cronos is so much fun! GAY PENGUINS ROCK! XD This is another one of my "Cursed Yellow" costumes, (see the Nanaka entry) but it was still so much fun. I've re-worn this a couple times, for Halloween in 2004, and Ushicon 4. The wig was perfect, I didn't do anything to modify it. Although I was warned by one of my blonde friends to never go blonde myself. ^^;; maybe if I bleached my eyebrows, it wouldn't look quite so weird, but...then I'd have bleached eyebrows. ^^;; Bloody Roar is a fun cosplay also, because it's at that level of recognition where you get a lot of "You're from that game...that game with...um...with the animals!" It's the fine line between too obscure and too well-known.

Xion is by far one of my favorite costumes ever. It was actually one of the costumes that I wanted to do when I began cosplaying in general. I actually remember the first time I ever saw this costume - it was an arcade version of Bloody Roar. The ever-spectacular Zandra and I made this costume out of blood, sweat, tears and a truly amazing amount of red vinyl. It turned out awesomely (even if I was still sewing buttons on in the car on the way to the con) and the only real drawback to the costume is the fact that itŐs really warm to wear. We didnŐt think about that one ahead of time, but figured it out quickly once we got to Dallas. ^^;; But that doesnŐt stop this from being one of my absolute favorites!
